I chose this as my first digital camera because it was inexpensive but seemed to have a lot of good features. It is easy to use and seems to take great pictures, although I have nothing to compare to. But the quality of the camera itself is not great. The first one I got had something inside the LCD screen. I sent it back and got a replacement, which has the same problem. It doesn’t affect the picture taking experience much, but it is irritating that a supposedly new camera has a defect. Overall, it is a good camera for the money but not if you are looking for high quality.

This is a good camera for the price. It’s lightweight and compact. Picture quality is good and it has good features. The only thing that I dislike is that you have to replace the batteries quite frequently. I bought rechargeable batteries, but was disappointed that there is not a charger that fits this camera. Also, if you put it into video mode and play it back there is no sound on the camera. You have to download it to a computer before the audio can be heard. This is my first digital camera so now I will know in the future what features best suit my lifestyle. All in all, a good first time camera.

As far as the product goes , it is a nice camera, BUT you can not charge the batteries with the camera dock that I purchased along with this camera. And said it would. There isn’t even a battery charger for this camera. You have to constantly open the battery door to change batteries, and that is what I was trying to get away from doing.
